One hundred and nineteen ethanol plants operating ; seventy three have been cited for environmental violations, mostly for clean air laws. What regulatory response? The EPA at the request of a few congessional allies of the "National Corn growers Association has raised the limits on ethanol plants pollution requirements by 150 percent. Congress keeps giving the industry incentives . The whole ethanol from corn boondoggle is the biggest feel good scam ever put over on the American Public
