I really can't blame Ms. Boxer the media treats elections like football games and hypes the event so that partisans , like football fans lose all sense of perspective. Still, to see a senator so divorced from reality that she embraces conspiracy theories and weeps over the outcome of an election reflects very poorly on the stability of elected officials.
